DAMN 101-XT Ambient Industrial Air Filtration Unit

DFAACM30 & DFAACM30C Ambient Air Cleaners

The DAMN 101-XT DFAACM30 and DFAACM30C Ambient Air Cleaners are designed to continuously capture airborne welding smoke, fumes, grinding dust, oil mist and other industrial contaminants throughout the work area. These units are commonly installed in multiples to create an ambient air cleaning system throughout a facility.

Contaminated air is drawn into both ends of the unit, filtered and discharged from the center in a "T" airflow pattern. This provides high-volume ambient filtration while continuously recirculating filtered air back into the facility.

General welding applications typically target approximately 6-8 minutes between air exchanges, while general shop applications may be designed closer to 10-12 minutes per air exchange. Contact DAMN Filters if you need help determining the number of units required for your facility.

Filtration Configurations

Standard Filtration

DFAACM30 and DFAACM30C include (2) 24" x 24" x 4" pleated prefilters and (2) 24" x 24" x 22" 65% ASHRAE 8-pocket bag filters.

Charcoal Filtration

DFAACM30CF and DFAACM30CCF include 15" 95% bag filters and (2) 2" charcoal after-filters with 75% fill for applications requiring additional odor and vapor filtration.

Gas Phase Filtration

DFAACM30GAS and DFAACM30CGAS include 15" 95% bag filters and (2) 2" Gas Phase after-filters with a 50/50 blend of charcoal and potassium permanganate at 75% fill. Additional Gas Phase configurations are available upon request.

HEPA Filtration

DFAACM30HE includes (2) 24" x 24" x 4" pleated prefilters, (2) 24" x 24" x 15" 95% ASHRAE 12-pocket bag filters and (2) 20" x 20" x 6" 99.97% HEPA after-filters. This special-order configuration operates at approximately 2,300 CFM.

Wrap-A-Round Prefilter

DFAACM30WA and DFAACM30CWA add (2) Wrap-A-Round fiber prefilter cages using 25" x 60" x 2" replacement media. The Wrap-A-Round configuration increases the overall unit length to approximately 108". Front or back hinge location must be specified when ordering.

Mounting Options

All DAMN 101-XT configurations include (4) factory-installed eyebolts. Additional mounting options are available based on your installation requirements.

Warranty

Warranty to the original buyer is 3 years on all parts, excluding filters.
