V-Bank 50/50 Blended Carbon Filter Details

This CCRV blended V-bank chemical filter uses a 50/50 media blend of activated carbon and potassium permanganate (KMnO4) embedded between dual layers of synthetic media in a mini-pleat design. This construction provides effective gas-phase adsorption with a low pressure drop, all housed in a corrosion-resistant ABS plastic frame.

The 50/50 blend is designed to address a wider range of contaminants than carbon alone, helping reduce VOCs, vehicle exhaust, sulfur compounds, nitrogen oxides (NOx), ammonia, ozone, and other reactive gases, while also providing particulate filtration at a MERV 13 efficiency.
