Material: Filtering element processed from sheet Aluminum, commercially known as 3003-H22, .025 in thickness expanded with .050 strand. Frame made from sheet Aluminum 3003-H14, .040 thickness.

Notes: Merv 8 washable filter with 2 layers of expanded material on both sides of a washable media pad. The media pad is coated with a antimicrobial coating to prevent mold growth and bacteria. Heavy weight aluminum frame with corner rivets and drain holes. This filter can be used for applications where metal mesh filters are used. Maximum operating temperature is 180 degrees F. This filter has been tested to maintain a Merv 8 filtration after numerous washings.

The washable Merv 8 media is specially formulated to inactivate the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID 19) viral particles coming into contact with the filter. This media has been tested in SARS-CoV-2 testing with regulatory approved protocols. This media demonstrated a 99.99% inactivation of SARS-CoV-2 viral particles captured in the media. Along with antimicrobial coating that is applied to prevent bacteria and mold growth.
