This rigid cell air filter is designed for high-efficiency particulate removal in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The extended surface laminated synthetic media is arranged in a deep radial V-pleat configuration to maximize dust holding capacity while maintaining consistent airflow performance. The rigid construction helps prevent media movement, reduces the risk of air bypass, and supports reliable performance in high airflow and variable air volume systems.

The media pack is reinforced with die cut pleat stabilizers and supported by expanded metal backing to maintain pleat integrity throughout the service life of the filter. The media is bonded to the frame to help minimize bypass and ensure consistent filtration efficiency under demanding operating conditions.
