DF24242GFSA (Aluminum)
MATERIAL: The baffles processed from heavy commercial aluminum no less than .025 in thickness. The baffle pad is framed in an aluminum channel no less than .037 in thickness. Frame secured with rivets
Notes: Baffles must run vertically for proper grease drainage. Drain holes in bottom of the filter to allow grease to drain and for drainage during cleaning. Maximum operating temperature 250 degrees F.

DF24242GFSG (Galvanized)
MATERIAL: The baffles processed from Galvanized Steel, commercially known as Hot Dip Galvanized, 28 gauge in thickness. Galvanized steel no less than .018 thickness. The baffle pad is framed in a Galvanized frame no less than .027 in thickness. Frame secured with rivets.
Notes: Baffles must run vertically for proper grease drainage. Drain holes in bottom of the filter to allow grease to drain and for drainage during cleaning. Maximum operating temperature 450 degrees F.

MATERIAL: The baffles processed from 304 Stainless Steel no less than .015 in thickness. The baffle pad is framed in a Stainless Steel frame no less than .027 in thickness. Frame secured with rivets.
Notes: Baffles must run vertically for proper grease drainage. Drain holes in bottom of the filter to allow grease to drain and for drainage during cleaning. Maximum operating temperature 900 degrees F.

MATERIAL: The baffles processed from 430 Stainless Steel material, roll formed to exact specifications. Frame made from 430 Stainless Steel, not less than .024 thickness. Frame secured with rivets.Type 430 has a magnetic quality.
Notes: Baffles must run vertically for proper grease drainage. Drain holes in bottom of the filter to allow grease to drain and for drainage during cleaning. Maximum operating temperature 700 degrees F.
